		<description>Thanks for stopping in Coop.  It's really strange but all of the family and extended family who live here decided to really try to quit - all at the same time - and all without telling each other about it first!

I hope we all can make it. One of the big reasons being that we just found out yesterday that my precious granddaughter has asthma.  None of us smoked in her presence,  and I didn't smoke in my house, but I guess some of it had to be sticking to my clothes, since I could smell it!  I have more reason than ever now.</description>

		<description>Its nice to know that you are on a quit smoking mission. I have a little advice which may help you leaving Cigarette and not gain weight by eating a lot. This was followed by a friend of mine and it served the purpose.

Whenever you feel like smoking pop in a chewing gum. It will help you in refraining yourself from putting in anything else in your mouth.

(Beware this may  also develop into a habit.) :)</description>

The mind is looking for something to occupy the space once taken up by "cancer sticks".  Some people have had success by just taking short walks if possible.  Maybe try this: Figure out how much you used to spend each day on cigarettes.  Put a jar on the counter and, every day deposit that amount into the jar.  If you do it every day, you will see some of the fruits of your hard work.  HANG IN THERE!</description>
